How Coaching Differs from Therapy

Therapy focuses on emotional healing and insight into long-standing patterns. Coaching, by contrast, emphasizes implementation and forward movement.

All coaching sessions are conducted online for accessibility and convenience.

Fee: $250 per 60-minute session
